Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Green Bay to support drivers and leaders, with a focus on communication. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams and external vendors, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts within Schneiders contract management system.
  • Coordinate and distribute audio and video messages as well as surveys to drivers.
  • Handle data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders.
  • Add regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site.
  • Authorize truck and trailer wash requests.
  • Provide administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies.
  • Prepare presentations and correspondences.

Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
