Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for helping with various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of the stockroom. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and work within specified deadlines along with a commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.
What You'll Do:
  • Ensuring inventory pricing, part numbers, and quantities are properly maintained through systems, applications, and processes.
  • Providing cost-effective and beneficial support to the field operation through routine interaction, process adherence and strong communication.
  • Provide support to leadership and the field operation in the effective evaluation of vehicles, sales tools, operational tools, and processes.
  • Send and receive UPS shipments.
  • Maintain stock status for stockroom.
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper locations.
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
  • Ensure necessary parts are available to maintain appropriate service levels.
  • Complete re-stocks for technicians to maintain appropriate inventory levels on trucks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Process incoming invoices.
  • Order equipment and manage purchase orders.

What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of stockroom experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Above-average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and working knowledge of Excel.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels.
  • Able to pass a drug test/background check.
