Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes, including truckload, less-than-truckload, and parcel
  • Communicate proactively with carriers, brokers, and vendors to confirm pickup and delivery schedules
  • Track shipments in real time and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Investigate and resolve shipment delays, exceptions, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment data, including proof of delivery documentation and freight invoices
  • Process and audit freight bills, flagging discrepancies for review and resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements
  • Assist with onboarding new carriers and maintaining existing carrier compliance documentation
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using transportation management software
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate inbound receiving schedules and outbound loading plans

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency with transportation management systems or logistics software platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
