Intelligence and Operations Coordinator
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence and operations coordinator to know how to coordinate intelligence and operations with government and local law enforcement clients to find the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intelligence and operations coordinator like you to do just that. As an intelligence and operations coordinator, you use your specialized military and law enforcement experience and attention to detail to coordinate with clients, develop reports, intelligence, and products, and liaise with military officials in the operations, intelligence, and logistics fields to give your client access they need. If you have strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and inform our nation's leaders.
As an Intelligence and Operations Coordinator on our team, you'll help your client gain access to military bases, laisse with law enforcement, and serve as a conduit between the client and intelligence and operations specialist. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers and develop U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide products. As the authority on your target area, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like data processing, logistics, operations and intelligence, and information declassification. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools.
Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our nation's leaders and policymakers.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in the DoD or IC, including intelligence and operations at the operational, strategic, or tactical level
  • Knowledge of data collection procedures associated with research and investigations
  • Ability to communicate, coordinate, and liaise with military officials in the operations, intelligence, and logistics fields
  • Ability to interview, document findings, and perform intelligence reports
  • Ability to travel to OCONUS or CONUS locations up to 50% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in the DoD or IC, including intelligence and operations at the operational, strategic, or tactical level
  • Ability to act as a bridge between the client organization and military, intelligence agencies, and local, state, and federal law enforcement to facilitate communication and coordination to achieve the client mission
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
  • Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
