British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a GTR EU Logistics Operations Coordinator in Poznaล„ ( Robakowo ) Purpose of the role is to provide operational support for GTR Europe Logistics Operations.

The GTR business in Europe adjusts around the central warehouse, finished goods come from various factories and from there they are shipped to GTR customers. All modes of transport (road, sea, air) are used for inbound and outbound. All finished goods are in the duty suspended regime; therefore customs and excise aspects is important.

The successful applicant would be supporting the business processes and drumbeat by preparing reports using SAP and transport system data; doing SAP transactions; flag and address deviations from the standard process; checking inbound documents and transport/warehouse specifications; raising and coordinating on Incident tickets. Your key responsibilities will include: * Support and supply to the logistics business process flow, drumbeat and adherence * Inbounds. IBD report creation (inbounds tracker). Running SAP transaction code VL06I and preparation of the report (details and summary).

Include updates on shipment whereabouts per OTM (road) and Sea freight portals, and communication/checks with transport control towers where required so that report is comprehensive and up-to-date daily in all aspects * Outbounds. PGI report creation (outbound tracker). Running SAP transaction code VL06O and preparation of the report (details and summary).

Detailed comparison with external 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS in DHL JDA) report and internal outbound tracker. Flag any discrepancies and follow up with respective stakeholders * Inventory control. Check inventory in terms of physical damages, returns, customs and track and trace (ATTP) compliance.

Ensure stock is in proper status and actioned in timely manner, e.g. Quality Inspection * Raise tickets (incidents) for the standard track and trace issues arising from the operations or the system * Actively engage on the operational / tactical level with relevant stakeholders internally and externally. Presence at the relevant Daily Direction Setting drumbeats (DDS). * Support other logistics processes, such as stock reconciliation, stock take etc * Perform SAP transactions related to logistics processes working closely with 3PL and BAT team * Create and complete inbound and outbound deliveries (IBD&OBD) in the purview (repack, destructions); amend auto-generated deliveries where required per process (customer outbounds and returns) * Monitoring.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) link between SAP and DHL system (JDA), technical monitoring of successful and failed system messages (esp. inbound and outbound), follow up actions accordingly * Support logistics operation documentation and vendor specification * Check inbound shipping documentation from BAT factories, suppliers and revert to factory or 3PL/transport there needed. Ensure all documentation coming is in line per process, notably customs and track-and-trace.

Raise any issues for timely and proper resolutions * Keep track of pre-alerts for incoming shipments, repository, and initial check. Raise any gaps or incompleteness with factory, transport, and 3PL's * Raise any missing documents or incomplete/wrong documents ideally before goods reach the warehouse. Bring up if/when needed * Perform check of transport and warehouse specifications, services performed specification versus specifications for payment and rate cards.

Monthly invoice sent by 3PL, checks details vs. our paperwork. This is initial check and preparation of overview for Logistics manager What are we looking for?
