We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as an Insurance Operations Coordinator for our Entertainment Practice. This is a hybrid role that requires three days in one of our Marsh offices located in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Miami or Tampa.

We will Count on you to:
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including follow-up for quality assurance, maintenance, and reports
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
  • Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
  • Provide support to team and comply with procedures
  • Adheres to Company policies and performance standards

What you need to have:
  • Associate College Degree
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative support or customer service background, preferably in commercial lines insurance
  • Obtain Property & Casualty broker's license within 1 year
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g., Mdoc & MART)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
  • Deep attention to details required
  • Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
