Love pop culture, YouTube, and digital storytelling? We're looking for a Digital Video Coordinator to help bring entertainment content to life — from production through publication. You'll be the connective tissue between producers, editors, designers, and social teams, making sure every video hits the platform optimized, on-brand, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Upload and optimize content with strong titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata
  • Manage publishing schedules and content calendars to keep everything on track
  • Track video performance and turn analytics into actionable insights and reports
  • Support YouTube channel management — playlists, metadata, and overall channel health
  • Partner cross-functionally to keep creative and messaging consistent across platforms
  • Stay plugged into entertainment news, social trends, and pop culture to spot timely content opportunities
  • Support live events, premieres, and real-time audience engagement
  • QA video assets, captions, graphics, and metadata before publishing
  • Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and grow audience engagement

Who You Are

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment
  • A proactive communicator across creative and operational teams
  • Data-curious — you like using analytics to make content better
  • Adaptable and always exploring new platforms and tools

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content, video publishing, social media, or digital production
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio and other publishing platforms
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of video SEO and metadata optimization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

Bonus Points

  • Experience with digital entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or other Creative Cloud apps
  • Deep understanding of YouTube best practices and audience development
  • Experience supporting livestreams or real-time publishing
