The IT Operations Coordinator is responsible for keeping the operational backbone of the department running smoothly through administration of IT billing, asset, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys keeping systems and records in order, and likes being the connective tissue between multiple functions of an IT team.

Compensation Information:
$25/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Manage/maintain IT-related billing processes.
  • Maintain/oversee IT asset management, including tracking hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Monitor/control equipment inventory levels.
  • Provide ongoing support for company phone system, including user setup and changes.
  • Manage company mobile devices and related services.
  • Work cross-functionally to align operations with overall departmental priorities.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in an IT operations, IT administration, or related coordinator role.
  • Experience with asset and/or inventory tracking and record keeping.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and mobile device management concepts.
  • Comfortable working with billing, invoicing, or vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
