About Leo Wealth

Leo Wealth is a fast-growing global wealth management firm delivering exceptional financial guidance across international markets. We are currently executing an exciting expansion plan across Asia, and our Hurst, Texas office serves as a key operational hub supporting a growing network of colleagues and clients across the United States and Asia.

Position Overview

Leo Wealth is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technology Operations Associate to join our team during an exciting period of global growth. This role serves as a key right-hand resource to the Director of Operations, supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure and helping drive operational excellence across a multi-location, international environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid IT foundation, strong organizational instincts, and the ability to scale systems and processes alongside a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

•       Partner closely with the Director of Operations to support and advance the firm’s technology strategy

•       Administer and maintain day-to-day IT operations across U.S. and Asia office locations

•       Serve as a primary point of support for the firm’s technology stack, ensuring uptime, security, and performance

•       Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of new technology tools — from RFP development and vendor evaluation through selection, implementation, and ongoing administration

•       Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across core business systems

•       Support network infrastructure, including basic configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors

•       Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and IT policies

•       Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 and other business applications

•       Support onboarding of new staff and office locations as the firm continues to grow globally

Qualifications

•       2+ years of experience in an IT administration, systems support, or technology operations role

•       Experience with Addepar or similar portfolio reporting platforms strongly preferred

•       Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common MS applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)

•       Working knowledge of networking fundamentals — DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls

•       Experience with systems administration in a Windows environment

•       Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor evaluation processes is a plus

•       Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

•       Comfortable supporting a global team across multiple time zones

•       Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

•       Financial services or professional services experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

•       Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

•       Performance-based bonus plan

•       Health, dental, and vision insurance

•       401(k) retirement plan

•       Opportunity to grow with a firm in active global expansion

Why Leo Wealth

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology and operations at a global wealth management firm in full growth mode. As Leo Wealth expands across Asia and beyond, the Technology Operations Associate will play a meaningful role in shaping how the firm’s technology infrastructure scales. If you are a self-starter who wants your work to have real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
