We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join our IT & Cybersecurity team as an IT Operations Associate.  You'll play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations, supporting infrastructure and end-user needs, and helping ensure uptime and reliability across the business.  Designed for recent graduates, this role is part of the Momentum Launch Program-a cohort-based early career experience that combines hands-on training, mentorship, and meaningful work to accelerate your professional growth.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based at our Dallas headquarters (The Link, 2601 Olive Street). Join a team where talented people, data-driven insights, and continuous innovation come together to shape the future of digital commerce.

About the Launch Program

The Launch Program is Momentum's premier early career initiative, offering a comprehensive onboarding experience for recent graduates joining our full-time, onsite roles in Dallas, Texas. As an IT Operations Associate, your days will be dynamic and centered around building efficiency, reliability, and automation across our IT environment. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT processes such as system provisioning, access management, and monitoring.
  • Assist in the configuration and administration of core IT platforms, ensuring they remain secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design workflows that reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing issues and applying updates to maintain stability.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
  • Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and support
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.
  • Is able to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Has experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar). Exposure to workflow automation platforms or APIs (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, or equivalent) is considered a plus.
  • Shows a passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
  • Demonstrates adaptability; flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
