Operations Associate – Days or Nights – New Castle, DE – $17–$18/hr – Contract-to-Hire


Location New Castle, DE  |  Onsite

Pay $17.00–$18.00/hour

Shift/ScheduleDays: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM  |  Nights: 6:00 PM–4:30 AM

Our client operates a professional office and fulfillment center specializing in high-value collectibles — including sports memorabilia, trading cards, comics, and pop culture items. This is a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity for detail-oriented candidates who thrive on accuracy, organization, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With day and night shift options available, this role offers real flexibility and a clear path toward long-term employment.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain inventory records across company systems
  • Process incoming items and verify that all information is recorded correctly
  • Research products and confirm details when discrepancies arise
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate location tracking throughout the facility
  • Assist with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment preparation
  • Generate shipping documentation and labels for outgoing orders
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and verify counts for accuracy
  • Perform quality checks to confirm records and physical items match
  • Support inventory movement and storage activities as needed
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient workflow across the operation
