AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a strategic and operational Vice President, Technology Services. This leadership role drives the organizationโ€™s technology strategy, modernizes business processes, and oversees daily IT operations. You will lead a talented IT team to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative financial technology solutions that support our mission and growth.

What You'll Do: Vice President, Technology Services
Strategic IT Leadership amp; Execution
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Senior and Chief Leadership Teams to design and execute short- and long-term technology strategies that support the credit unionโ€™s mission.
  • Annual Planning: Formulate and deploy an annual IT roadmap aligned with evolving business goals, industry benchmarks, and technical best practices.
  • Business Integration: Coordinate directly with diverse business units to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy effective IT solutions that streamline workflows.
  • Innovation amp; Growth: Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and service providers to continuously enhance the credit unionโ€™s technical capabilities and market competitiveness.
    Departmental amp; Team Oversight
    • Multi-Department Management: Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction for Infrastructure, Business Applications, the Support Desk, Enterprise Solutions amp; Analysis, and Core Processing.
    • Talent Development: Supervise, mentor, and empower the IT leadership team to foster a high-performance culture rooted in innovation and continuous improvement. [1]
