Operations Associate Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to provide administrative support within an Annuity Insurance department. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial services operations. The role involves supporting account processing, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with internal teams and external financial institutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Process account transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and manage documentation efficiently
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with account calculations and research as needed
  • Act as a liaison between customers, financial professionals, and institutions such as banks, credit unions, and clearing firms
