The Difference You Will Make:

Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Associate is responsible for all aspects of business operations management within property management.

Who You Are:

  • Provide support to Operations Manager with short and long-term strategic projects

  • Support on-site leasing teams with leasing system tech support items and one-off requests, as approved by leadership

  • Support as an alternate main point of home office contact for leasing operations

  • Drafting of communications as needed

  • Help administer and update the leasing operations systems

  • Support leadership with operational training initiatives for site teams

  • Help research and prepare presentations to support new initiatives & strategies

  • Review, edit, and distribute SOP documentation to all pertinent team members;

  • Schedule team-wide meetings and training as needed

  • Work collaboratively with IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, & Development teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives

  • Update & maintain all portfolio-wide electronic documents in the leasing operations system

  • Work with outside vendors on leasing-focused accounts & projects

  • Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred but high school degree or equivalent is required.

  • Previous work experience in residential property management, administrative, or customer service is preferred.

  • Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Time management skills.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to work independently.

  • Familiarity with technology systems and concepts, including, but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Suites.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
