Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)

Our client is experiencing growth and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership and help drive operational excellence across the organization.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support leadership, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and assist with daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with executive leadership and internal teams to ensure projects, communications, and operational activities remain organized and on track. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of coordination between leadership and internal departments to ensure effective communication and follow-through.

• Provide operational and administrative support for executives, including assistance with strategic initiatives and special projects.

• Organize meetings, calendars, project updates, and action items while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and priorities to support successful execution across teams.

• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

• Analyze operational data and compile insights to assist leadership with decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiencies, and support implementation of new processes.

• Assist with a variety of operational, project-based, and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve.

• Support collaboration between office-based staff, remote personnel, and leadership teams.

• Handle confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, business operations, or a related role.

• Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or fast-growing environment preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accountability.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing business environment.

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
