Job description

RedCircle is helping podcasters to turn their podcast into a business. As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you'll play an integral part in our operation as you work with podcast creators and advertisers to help facilitate smooth advertising deals. The role is part operations and part providing excellent client service; you'll be the glue that holds our advertising deals together.

If you love to bring order to chaos, have a customer-first mindset, and are interested in podcasting / media / influencers, this is a great gig for you. Podcasting is *exploding*, and this is a chance to build a career at one of the top technology startups in the space.

Core Responsibilities
  • Set up ad campaigns in the RedCircle Ad Platform, in collaboration with our ad sales team.
  • Coordinate with podcasters to manage ad campaign execution (communicating new opportunities, distributing scripts, educating creators on the brand, etc.)
  • Communicate with the advertising client team to answer questions, report on results, and ensure that each campaign runs smoothly.
  • Work with existing advertisers and podcasters on the RedCircle platform to ensure they're getting the most of what we have to offer. You'll gather their feedback, help inform them of new features and functionality, and make sure they have the best possible experience on the platform.
A great candidate…
  • Has previous internship experience and/or coursework in relevant areas (e.g. media buying, coordinating advertising, customer service, etc). New college graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Is proficient in G-Suite apps (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc) and Microsoft Excel
  • Is super detail-oriented. You love crossing items off a well-organized list!
  • Is passionate about providing high-quality customer service. We need someone who can help make sure every customer of the RedCircle platform loves working with us.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gets jazzed about owning projects from end-to-end. We're a small team, so you'll be responsible for a lot and you'll need to operate autonomously.
  • Can work hybrid in-person at the RedCircle office in Los Angeles or Boston 3-4 days per week (1-2 days remote)

Compensation

RedCircle is committed to providing competitive compensation, equity, and benefits. Compensation for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the candidate's experience, and the scope of the role, and may vary from the range provided below.
