Verve has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize advertising. Verve is an ecosystem of demand and supply technologies fusing data, media, and technology together to deliver results and growth to both advertisers and publishers–no matter the screen or location, no matter who, what, or where a customer is. With 30 offices across the globe and with an eye on servicing forward-thinking advertising customers, Verve's solutions are trusted by more than 90 of the United States' top 100 advertisers, 4,000 publishers globally, and the world's top demand-side platforms.

Verve For Advertisers is a technology company that empowers brands and agencies to connect moments of discovery and drive measurable outcomes across screens. As Verve For Advertisers' supply-side division, HyprMX, brings the world's biggest brands into mobile apps and games from top app developers and game publishers such as Scopely, Take-Two, and Pixel United. We're a nimble, open, and experienced team that is respected around the industry.

We're looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a role with a lot of responsibility and endless learning and advancement opportunities. • Troubleshoot technical issues with live ad campaigns
  • Execute metrics reports to inform key decisions
  • Contribute ideas for improvement of our technologies and processes
  • Liaise with other departments (product, finance, etc.) across the company to execute initiatives

Here are a few indicators that you're the right person:

  • You have ~1 years experience working with digital advertising and/or mobile apps
  • You're obsessed with mobile apps and games
  • You enjoy deep analysis and problem-solving
  • You're comfortable with Excel and are interested in learning to work with databases - familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • You're tough, smart, and detail-oriented
  • You're excited to work directly with clients to help them succeed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required
  • Relevant internship/work experience preferred

Some company benefits include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus mental health resources

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.

We're open to allowing the right person to learn our industry on the job. We welcome diversity and non-traditional paths into all of our roles. We believe in hiring the right person as opposed to the right combination of keywords.
