Job description

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator for the Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for overseeing the behind-the-scenes day-to-day operations of parks, recreational facilities, and programs. This role ensures that all functions and processes related to the fast-paced department are up to date and aligned to promote maximum efficiency. Most importantly, the coordinator is the front lines for customer service coupled with organizing and providing a full range of essential functions for the recreation administrative office. In general, the regular work hours per week for this role are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this role is $20.22 to $24.27 per hour. A full summary of benefits can be found within the job description.

The Town's goals include hiring the candidate who is best able to meet the objectives of the position. This is a full-time hourly position covered by our AFSCME union contract.
