Data Operations Coordinator


Job Summary


Bloom Ads is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Data Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of data to support key business functions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data management and analysis tools.


This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily data operations, ensuring data is collected, processed, and stored efficiently and accurately.
  • Work with data engineering teams to manage data pipelines, data ingestion processes, and database maintenance.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support data governance efforts by enforcing policies around data usage, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements, provide data support, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on data operations metrics and performance, using dashboards and other reporting tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues promptly, escalating as needed to technical teams.
  • Assist in training team members on data tools, processes, and best practices.



Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, database management, and data integrity principles.
  • Experience with data tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.



Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with data governance tools and policies.
  • Exposure to working with marketing or advertising data.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.



Compensation Range
$38,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
