WHAT YOU'LL DO
Data & AI Workflows
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to extract, clean, and transform large client data sets - building repeatable, AI-assisted workflows instead of one-off manual pulls
  • Analyze data and surface actionable insights, using Claude to accelerate exploration, summarization, and reporting within the product interface
  • Maintain tracking of client-specific reporting goals based on quotas and capacity
  • Conduct industry research (federal regulation, speech analytics, internet protocols) and use AI to synthesize findings and apply them to team processes in real time
  • Build comprehensive playbooks and prompt guides to add to our training library

AI & Automation Support / QA
  • Test AI and automation tools by running structured test cases, evaluating outputs, and flagging failures or edge cases for engineering follow-up
  • Identify candidates for AI automation by spotting repetitive manual tasks based on volume, repeatability, and error rate
  • Handle exceptions and edge cases that AI can't yet manage, applying judgment where human review is required
  • Use SQL and AI-assisted checks to validate that automated and AI-generated outputs match expected results
  • Track QA outcomes across AI/automation rollouts, noting regressions and gaps
  • Build reports that measure AI/automation impact vs. manual baseline (time saved, error reduction, task deflection)

WHO YOU ARE
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and an expert multi-tasker
  • Quick to learn new technologies and curious about applying them to real work
  • Excellent writing and research skills (including the ability to prompt AI effectively)
  • Self-motivated team player comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup
  • Able to take a project and run with it under limited supervision
  • Positive, can-do attitude that thrives amidst ambiguity
  • Track record of over-achievement
