Job description

The Digital Analytics team's Infrastructure, Implementation & Privacy team focuses on data architecture, data capture, and data orchestration for all NFL Digital Media properties.ย  Our focus is to ensure all stakeholders have access to the data required to ensure proper business decisions are made.ย  Our stakeholders range from Business Development, Product, UX, Technical Operations, and Clubs.ย  Focusing on ensuring all relevant KPIs are captured and accurate in the foundation to all data driven businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Supports analytics implementations and specifications across Websites, Mobile Apps, and CTV devices owned and operated by NFL Digital Media.
  • Assists in documenting tracking specifications for Websites, Mobile Apps, and CTV devices owned and operated by NFL Digital Media.
  • Conducts quality assurance of analytics calls, both server-side and client-side, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develops foundational knowledge of the NFL's data architecture and digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Serves as a supporting point of contact for vendors user across websites, mobile apps, and CTV platforms as it relates to analytics and tracking.
  • Contributes to data collection initiatives by assisting in the development of new tracking methodologies and helping surface insights to support team reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Internship or coursework exposure to digital analytics, marketing technology, or data analysis
  • Experience with performing quality assurance tests on datasets for analysis

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Preferred major/coursework: Statistics, Data Science, Math, Engineering.
  • Exposure to analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience using browser-based debugging tools such as DevTools or Charles Proxy
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira

  • Prior internship and/or work experience is preferred.ย 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
