Role: Equipment Maintenance Technician 
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support packaging, inspection, and serialization equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Support packaging equipment such as cartoners, conveyors, labelers, printers, and vision systems
  • Respond to equipment faults, alarms, and breakdowns on the production floor
  • Assist with equipment changeovers, adjustments, and minor upgrades
  • Maintain serialization and vision inspection systems
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and site procedures
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging maintenance (pharma/medical device preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, vision systems, and serialization systems
  • Familiarity with GMP/FDA environments
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Good communication and documentation skills
