Support the execution side of our shipping and logistics operation - validating packages and orders, monitoring real-time shipping data, and actively managing order commitment dates to secure the best-cost carrier options. This role requires sharp attention to detail, comfort working across operational systems, and the judgment to flag issues before they become costly delays.ย A core focus of this role is package and order validation - reviewing orders before they ship to ensure accuracy, catch errors, and identify opportunities to move commitment dates or adjust carrier selection for cost savings.

Package & Order Validation

Validate package details against order specs before shipment

Review orders for errors, mismatches, or missing info

Identify opportunities to adjust commitment dates for better carrier rates

Coordinate timing changes with internal teams to unlock cost savings

Flag validation exceptions and escalate appropriately
