Job Description:

Context

  • Client's Partner Request program routes engagement requests to delivery partners who run customer activations โ€” workshops, adoption rollouts, POCs. Volume has grown to ~130+ engagements, and the front of the funnel (intake โ†’ match) is running. Once a partner is matched and scoped, the path from "engagement delivered" to "documentation collected for payment" is run ad hoc across systems, with no single owner. This role owns that operational spine.

Volume

  • ~50 partners, est. 1000+ individual scoping documents over the term.
  • The Partner Experience team owns the programs that underpin partner success with customers. When an account team needs hands-on help driving product adoption (workshops, rollouts, proofs-of-concept), we help introduce the right partner, scope the engagement, fund it where eligible, and make sure it lands. Our mission is to make partner-led delivery a fast, repeatable, and trusted motion: customers get expert activation, partners get a clear path to deliver and get paid, and scales adoption far beyond what our own team could deliver directly. As partner volume grows, our job is to keep that engine running cleanly end-to-end from the first request to a documented, completed engagement.
  • Daily tool stack: Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, Slack, Sheets
  • Strong Ops / program-coordination background; comfortable owning a process end-to-end, and has experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with contracts admin, partner/vendor ops, sales ops, or procurement coordination and can keep records clean and pull/maintain operational reporting.
  • Has owned a high-volume, multi-party tracker that others depended on and kept it accurate. Detail-driven and proficient on follow-through โ€” this role lives on chasing artifacts to closure.
  • Clear written communicator who can run a recurring review and keep many small things moving in parallel.
  • POโ€“invoice matching / AP exposure
  • Slack Connect with external orgs; Google Sheets power user

Additional details : Contracts management; payment tracking, contract review, payment delivery, ability to work with different partner contacts, AI experience and how to automate processes using AI; Other skills: Organized, excellent written and verbal skills, innovative, solution oriented, streamline processes. Experience in tech or similar fast paced environments.
