Operations Coordinator
Department: Cooperative Services
Location: Fort Myers, FL Status: Onsite
Drive Executive Operations and Strategic Initiatives
LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership and key operational initiatives.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative support, project management, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in supporting the Vice President and cross-functional teams by coordinating projects, developing reports, and improving operational processes.
What You'll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Attend meetings, capture minutes, and distribute documentation
  • Draft correspondence and support executive communications

Operational Coordination
  • Develop and maintain policies, process flows, and standard work
  • Coordinate departmental training and track completion
  • Create job aids, training materials, and operational documentation
  • Support office operations including supplies, mail, and equipment

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and distribute executive and departmental reports
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making
  • Perform reconciliations and support financial tracking processes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Project Management
  • Lead and support projects from initiation through implementation
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress

What You Bring
Required:
