Job description

Operations Coordinator provides support within the organization and their region, including a wide variety of administrative functions such as: staffing, invoicing, data entry, communications, scheduling, and
other duties as assigned. This role requires a collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, who can develop and maintain strong relationships through all interactions.
* *Shift: 8am - 5pm*
* *Days: M-F*
* *Location: Burlington VT*
* *Office Setting*
* *Pay: $23/hr. - $25/hr.*
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
* Assist direct supervisor and others with coordination and day-to-day management of business and operational activities
* Post jobs, review applicants, and schedule interviews for potential candidates
* Conduct or assist with interviews
* Be the liaison between employees and the management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
* Track levels of supplies and equipment to determine shortages
* Document and track deliveries and shipments to update inventory as needed
* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures by maintaining clear and accurate documentation
* Maintain company standards and programs for safety and security
* Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards with minimal supervision
* Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect
* Maintain good communication with your supervisor and other employees
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Communicate any needed supplies, repairs, safety concerns, and/or maintenance work needed to your supervisor
* Maintain the quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities assigned
* Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar field or related industry such as office management or administration
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions or documents furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
* Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred
* Exceptional organization and time-management skills
* Computer literacy and proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Valid driver’s license with positive abstract
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work effectively in a stationary position when completing required office work.
* Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
* Ability to position self to reach areas both below waist level to the floor and above their head
* Ability to effectively communicate with management and coworkers
* Ability to handle exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other potential irritants
* Must meet minimum age requirements
