CareScout Sales & Operations Intern - Summer 2027
Position Location
This position is available to hybrid applicants residing in Richmond, Virginia.
Your Role
At CareScout, we welcome your curiosity, communication skills, and sales mindset. During your 10-to-12 weeks as a Sales & Operations Intern, you'll support our growing Field Team Network by assisting with outreach and administrative initiatives that directly support our national sales efforts.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting sales operations by coordinating communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts
  • Organizing and updating CRM (Client Relationship Management) tools, outreach trackers, and provider onboarding documentation
  • Observing and documenting team workflows to identify ways to streamline processes that support provider growth and sales conversion
  • Participating in team meetings and taking detailed notes to support follow-up activities and project planning
  • Conducting light market research or outreach to support provider recruitment and regional expansion
  • Contributing to quality reviews of customer and provider interactions to ensure a best-in-class experience
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects aligned to sales operations, network development, or your growth goals


Must Have / What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or other related
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; comfortable managing digital tools and multitasking
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for people and process
