Description
Cotton is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Revenue Enablement function. This role is a critical driver of sales productivity and pipeline performance, sitting at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy, sales methodology, and pipeline management. You will work closely with sales leadership to reduce friction, improve process consistency, and enable our Business Development team to focus on selling.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Support
  • Conduct market analysis and support customer profile & segmentation initiatives
  • Assist in developing and maintaining value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Support GTM Strategy / STRAP planning and growth initiatives including Cotton U and Proactive Roof programs

Sales Methodology
  • Maintain and evolve sales tactics, norms, and organizational design documentation
  • Coordinate training and onboarding programs for new and existing sales personnel
  • Support recruiting by defining and communicating role requirements and competency profiles

Pipeline Management
  • Own day-to-day pipeline management processes from inquiry through collected
  • Support deal process execution across prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, and collecting stages
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting cadence and reporting, delivering analytics and actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Identify and reduce friction points in the sales process through directed data insights

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar inside sales support role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM management and pipeline reporting
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and Go-To-Market frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proficiency in sales tools, reporting platforms, and productivity software
