Job description

Purpose:S&OP Manager is a Team leader with the capability and vision to connect areas via the planning process to ensure business visibility and supply chain alignment with demand

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution purchase and inventory plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process.
  • Run and execute Demand planning (DP), productions planning (MPS) , distributions planning (DRP), Material planning (MRP)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions.
  • Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
