Job description

Role Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is a strategic individual contributor who supports sales leadership through forecast analytics, KPI reporting, executive materials, and operational planning. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role turns data into insights, strengthens business cadence, and helps leadership make better decisions across the sales organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support forecast analytics across regions by analyzing pipeline, conversion, deal movement, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reporting for sales productivity, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and attainment
  • Prepare executive and board-level materials that translate sales results and business trends into clear, actionable insights
  • Support quota and scenario modeling by analyzing productivity, coverage, capacity, and performance trends
  • Improve forecast cadence through data validation, reporting governance, and pipeline inspection support
  • Maintain CRM and reporting integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and related systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve processes, reporting standards, and decision quality
  • Operate independently, recommend actions, and help raise the standard of analysis across the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing Operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and deliver high-quality output with urgency and attention to detail

Base Hiring Range: $98,000-$102,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
