Company Asset Management Software is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will assist our go-to-market (GTM) Sales team throughout the sales process and maintain sales-related databases. Your contributions will be vital for ensuring smooth sales operations and high internal customer satisfaction.

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will manage key aspects of Global Sales Operations, including onboarding and compliance requirements for prospective and new clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records to meet compliance standards and assisting the Sales team in preparing and collecting necessary documentation.

Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, generating and processing sales orders, handling customer order-related inquiries, auditing sales-related databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and collaborating with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including coordination in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
