Now hiring a Contract Sr. Sales Operations System Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC. This is a Hybrid position.

About the Role
On behalf of our client, Enact Mortgage Insurance, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Sr. Sales Ops. System Analyst to join our team. This is a contract opportunity to support the Enact Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s Sales teams operations and external customers by researching into account history and transaction details, partnering with Risk, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve complex requests accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales operations support: Serve as an escalation point for complex Salesforce, internal CRM, and sales credit/payment allocation inquiries; research root cause, identify resolution paths, and coordinate through completion.
  • Customer-facing communication: Communicate directly with external customers via email when operational follow-up, documentation clarification, or account-level issue resolution is required.
  • Sales team partnership: Support sales teams with account research, exception resolution, customer inquiry follow-up, CRM updates, and operational guidance.
  • Account history research: Conduct detailed research into account, contact, loan, policy, payment, sales credit, and activity history across Salesforce, internal CRM tools, and related systems.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Risk, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to evaluate complex account scenarios, confirm appropriate handling, and document decisions or approvals.
  • Sales payment allocation & reconciliation: Manage more complex sales credit/payment allocation exceptions, including historical research, stakeholder follow-up, approval coordination, trend analysis, and documentation of recurring drivers.
  • Process improvement & controls: Identify recurring pain points, control gaps, data quality issues, and manual rework opportunities; recommend process changes, automation opportunities, and documentation improvements.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards
  • Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, escalation guides, decision trees, customer communication templates, and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting sales operations, business applications, CRM platforms, customer operations, or equivalent operational support functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including accounts, contacts, activities, reporting, data quality, and support workflows.
  • Experience researching account history, reconciling conflicting information, and documenting findings.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via email.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and recommend practical next steps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet service expectations, and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting sales, account management, mortgage insurance, financial services, or regulated customer-facing operations.
  • Experience with sales credit, payment allocation, account reconciliation, exception management, or similar operational workflows.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Associate, Administrator, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using data tools, CRM reporting, dashboards, Data Loader
  • Experience creating SOPs, customer-facing response templates, escalation guides, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or case management tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce cases, or similar systems.
Pay Range
$23 - $27 hourly
