Role Summary

Peritia is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales team. This role will assist with keeping projects on track, ensuring priorities are moving forward, providing day-to-day coordination across teams, and ensuring proper technical support with apps, data, and AI (Claude).


Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of sales and sales operations projects and initiatives
  • Incorporate AI into legacy workflows to create better outcomes
  • Help track priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work stays on schedule
  • Coordinate across Sales, Sales Ops, and other teams to keep everyone aligned
  • Maintain project trackers, notes, and status updates for ongoing initiatives
  • Follow up on action items and help drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Assist with process improvements and documentation of workflows
  • Provide general operational support to the Sales Ops team as needed


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or similar role preferred
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with large data sets, and AI
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to analyze situations and ideate possible solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
