Duration: 12+ Months
 
 
Summary:
The role focuses on business process, design, and analysis support for solutions involving business applications. It is essentially a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
 
Description:
Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business/functional requirements
Performing current-state and workflow analysis
Working with business stakeholders and technology teams
Supporting project planning and implementation
Developing acceptance criteria and supporting UAT
Communicating requirements, project status, risks, and issues
Working within SDLC, change-management, and governance processes
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years of related experience
Banking/financial-services domain expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with analytics/data tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional stakeholders
