Job Summary:
CLIENT Division of Public Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Modernization Initiative project. The role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Analyze current/future state workflows and conduct gap analysis
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and documentation
  • Support procurement documentation and requirement traceability
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and end users
  • Perform functional/UAT testing and support go-live activities
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and Agile deliverables

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and SDLC methodologies
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile, UAT, and process modeling tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project
  • Healthcare data reporting systems experience required
