Net Friends is hiring a Sales Marketing - HubSpot Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Durham, NC. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing operations by maintaining our CRM, managing proposal workflows, supporting procurement activities, and continually improving the systems that help our business grow.
YOUR ROLE AND LOCATION
This position is fully on-site at our Durham headquarters Monday through Friday. Daily in-office collaboration is a firm requirement for this role. This position has an annual salary range of $40,000-$60,000.
The position is centered around three primary areas of responsibility:

  • Approximately 50% HubSpot administration, PandaDoc management, and sales/customer reporting
  • Approximately 25% procurement and proposal support
  • Approximately 25% sales operations projects, automation initiatives, and operational process improvement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve processes, maintain accurate customer data, and support the tools our business depends on every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will assist in the following duties:

  • Administer and continually improve our HubSpot CRM environment
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through ongoing auditing, cleanup, and quality assurance
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, reports, forms, landing pages, and email templates
  • Administer PandaDoc templates, workflows, and HubSpot integrations
  • Prepare and support customer proposals and procurement requests
  • Generate sales, customer, and operational reports for leadership and the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to support campaigns and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using HubSpot, AI tools, and integrated business systems
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend system improvements
  • Document processes and maintain operational standards across sales systems
  • Support additional sales operations initiatives as business priorities evolve
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong experience administering HubSpot CRM
  • Experience building workflows, reports, dashboards, automations, and customer journeys within HubSpot
  • Experience with PandaDoc or similar proposal management software strongly preferred
  • Experience using AI tools to improve business workflows, content creation, reporting, or operational efficiency strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with CRM integrations and data management best practices
  • Ability to analyze data and present meaningful reporting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience supporting sales operations, CRM administration, procurement, or business operations preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
