• Use spreadsheets, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and AI enabled tools to analyze data, generate basic reports, identify trends, and summarize insights that support decision making in Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues, account teams, and commercial managers on activities that create value for the sales process and help end users work more effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working, documenting suggestions, and supporting small process and tooling enhancements.

The skills you bring:
• Currently enrolled as a Bachelors or Masters student (e.g., rising junior or senior) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured data, follow established processes, and translate findings into clear, practical insights for business stakeholders.
• Comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and willing to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce; prior experience with CRM, reporting, or basic scripting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, with the ability to follow guidelines and ask questions when something is unclear.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across sales, operations, and supporting functions.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning how structured sales processes, tools, and analytics support customer engagements and commercial outcomes.
