Experience

- Deep expertise in healthcare payer processes: Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Provider Management
- Experience across Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid lines of business
Role Overview
Customer is seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Specialist / Product Owner to support executive leadership in defining and driving product vision and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical thinking, executive communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights
- Define and refine product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Develop impactful executive presentations (PowerPoint) for leadership reviews, business cases, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, business units) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Translate complex business requirements into structured strategic frameworks and actionable plans
- Drive coordination across teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and healthcare industry developments to inform strategy
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in product strategy and business strategy
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive storytelling
- Deep understanding of the healthcare domain
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
