PURPOSE:The International Sales Operations Coordinator supports sales enablement and operational execution across the Company's international channels. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the position manages the order-to-cash process for international distributors and wholesale accounts, navigating the unique requirements of global commerce, including export documentation, factory direct shipments, and multicurrency invoicing, while equipping distributor partners with the processes, tools, and selling resources they need to grow the Sunday Afternoons brand in their markets.RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks represent what the position typically performs; tasks and work priorities may change at any time, and otherjob duties may be assigned.Manages the sales order pipeline for international distributors and international wholesale customers, supporting the order-to-cash process from order entry through fulfillment and invoicing.Processes preseason and at-once orders for international accounts, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and timely entry to position each selling season for success.Oversees processing of factory direct shipments for international customers, coordinating production timelines, shipping windows, and documentation with overseas factories and distributor partners.Coordinates all international shipments and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs requirements, with the logistics team and/or third-party logistics providers. Ensures international orders comply with applicable Incoterms, duties, and country-specific import requirements, escalating trade compliance questions as needed.Works cross-functionally to ensure international accounts and distributors are invoiced accurately, including multi-currency considerations, and remain in good standing with Sunday Afternoons AR.Analyzes sales trends, sell-through, and inventory positions through effective reporting and account oversight, delivering insights that support distributor growth planning.Maintains data hygiene and accurate records across sales systems, including account details, pricing, order status, and documentation of distributor communications.Coordinates and processes seasonal selling material distribution, such as samples, catalogs, price lists, and digital assets, ensuring distributors are equipped to sell each season effectively.Onboards new international customers and distributors in a timely, accurate fashion, including account setup, pricing and terms configuration, and training on ordering processes.Serves as a responsive, solution-oriented point of contact for international distributors, resolving order and account issues across time zones and enhancing the Sunday Afternoons brand.Identifies opportunities to improve international sales processes, workflows, and tools, and recommends improvements to the Sales Operations Manager.Contributes to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with coworkers, customers, and vendors.Maintains an orderly workflow according to priorities and assigned duties.
