Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking an International Sales Operations Lead to join our team and support our continued growth.
This role will be involved in This role as a Sales Operations Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales operations within the International ROW channel. This position ensures the effective execution of sales strategies, process improvements, and data analysis to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with HQ teams by providing data, reporting and input to influence better business outcomes.
  • Provide support to internal and external sales leaders.
  • lead the completion of price submission via CM and SharePoint tools as well as evaluating customer loads and freight requirements.
  • Compiling and updating pricelist product pictures
  • Assisting in the preparation for sales meetings, customer appointments and presentations
  • facilitating and accurately completing new customer set-up checklist across cross-functional teams
  • On-boarding new customers and reviewing vendor guidelines to understand cost implications, cost-to-serve deviations and EPR requirements to address unique product requirements such as pre-ticketing, stickering, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating rep group contact information
  • Ongoing maintenance of the excess inventory file
  • Work closely with customer service representatives and logistics team to ensure sales orders, purchase orders and documentation are expedited to help facilitate on time shipment of orders.
  • Assist in the communication and training with external reps as needed.
  • Liaison with various departments to facilitate timely requests and process bottlenecks (e.g. pricing discrepancies, timely PI turn around, customer requests)
  • Lead the submission and tracking of PFR and SUM forms
  • Liaison with the product management team to support requests and questions from sales.
  • Lead the submission of CoOps in Trade Management

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in consumer products goods company, sales support and/or operations
  • Must possess a pro-active attitude and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
  • Effective communicator and must show the initiative and motivation necessary to complete job functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Excel (e.g., pivots, advanced formulas) & PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working system knowledge of Oracle
  • Strong experience working in models that influence pricing, assortment and merchandising decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering above expectations without direct authority in a result-oriented culture
