Job Description

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst leads the development of revenue intelligence and operational analytics to support decision-making across DPR's Get Work organization. Provides visibility into pipeline performance, pursuit trends, customer engagement, and revenue outlook to inform business planning and strategic direction. Translates sales and marketing data into actionable insights that guide leadership priorities and opportunity strategy. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align data, reporting, and processes, ensuring consistent and reliable insights across the organization. Strengthens understanding of business performance by identifying risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers recurring insights that provide visibility into pipeline health, pursuit performance, customer trends, and revenue outlook.
  • Translates sales, marketing, and operational data into actionable analysis that informs leadership decisions on market focus, opportunity strategy, and customer growth.
  • Establishes and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to support visibility into pipeline coverage, hit rates, backlog, and revenue performance.
  • Identifies patterns, risks, and opportunities across regions, markets, and pursuits to support business planning and leadership discussions.
  • Partners with regional stakeholders to ensure pipeline and customer data accurately reflects activity, strategy, and opportunity positioning.
  • Collaborates with system administrators and analytics teams to define reporting requirements, enhance tools, and improve data accessibility and consistency.
  • Serves as a resource to cross-functional teams by sharing insights, supporting leadership reviews, and providing guidance to strengthen reporting and analytical practices.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, data analytics, or a related field required.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, reporting tools, and dashboard development preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams in a matrixed environment preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$90,000.00- $130,000.00
