Job description

HOW YOUโ€™LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

MountainSeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our RevOps team. This is an execution-focused role responsible for keeping our CRM data clean, our reporting reliable, and our revenue processes running smoothly week over week. This person will work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to support Sales and Customer Success with accurate, timely data. This role is designed with a clear growth path toward a Revenue Operations Analyst position for the right candidate. We are building toward a modern RevOps function that pairs human judgment with automated workflows and AI-assisted tooling. This person will be a key part of that evolution โ€” not just maintaining what exists but helping shape how we work.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUโ€™LL GET TO:

CRM Data Quality & Hygiene

โ€ข Identify, flag, and resolve duplicate Account and Contact records in Salesforce

โ€ข Perform bulk data imports and list loads, ensuring field mapping and data integrity

โ€ข Conduct regular audits of Contact and Account data for completeness and accuracy

โ€ข Support data verification projects using enrichment tools and internal processes

โ€ข Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm contact accuracy at target institutions

Reporting & Analytics

โ€ข Run and distribute weekly reports and dashboards in Salesforce

โ€ข Verify report accuracy and flag anomalies before distribution

โ€ข Build and maintain standard reports for Sales and CS teams as directed

โ€ข Manage Campaign and Campaign Member records, including report pulls for marketing and sales alignment

Process & Project Support

โ€ข Execute data projects as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager

โ€ข Manage information sharing and coordination between departments

โ€ข Support ad hoc data requests from Sales and Revenue Operations

โ€ข Review and QA outputs from automated workflows before distribution or record updates

The Environment Youโ€™re Walking Into

We are actively investing in automation and AI-assisted workflows to handle repeatable RevOps tasks at scale. This role will work alongside those systems โ€” reviewing agent-generated outputs, flagging exceptions, and helping us identify which processes are ready to automate next. You do not need to be a developer or data scientist. You do need to be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being defined, and where your observations will directly influence how we build.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Required

โ€ข 1+ years of experience in an analytical, operations, or data-adjacent role

โ€ข Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM โ€” comfortable running reports, managing records, and navigating objects

โ€ข Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets โ€” vlookups, pivot tables, basic data manipulation

โ€ข Strong attention to detail and ability to catch data inconsistencies

โ€ข Clear communicator who can flag issues and summarize findings concisely

โ€ข Organized self-starter who can manage multiple tasks without constant direction

Nice to Have

โ€ข Familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns and Campaign Members

โ€ข Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar)

โ€ข Exposure to marketing or sales operations workflows

โ€ข Undergraduate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field

GROWTH PATH:

This role is intentionally scoped as a Coordinator to set the right foundation โ€” but we expect the right person to grow quickly. As you build fluency in our systems and processes, there is a clear path toward a Revenue Operations Analyst role with expanded ownership of reporting strategy, data architecture decisions, and automation project work

WHAT WE OFFER: 3 weeks of PTO, 13 company paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a flexible work environment. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401K plans begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

OUR PURPOSE is to provide opportunities that help people thrive using their God-given abilities.

OUR CORE VALUES:

  • Be a Self-Starter. Continuously seek ways to improve yourself and the business, take responsibility, and act with urgency to solve problems.
  • Be a Team Player. Prioritize team success over individual achievements, support your colleagues, and contribute to creating high-performing teams.
  • Be a Patriot. Focus on the greater good of the organization, be honest about whatโ€™s working, and passionately work towards making the company better.
  • Do it Right. Uphold high standards and integrity, even when no one is watching, and always aim to do the right thing.
  • Be Humble. Lead by serving others, value diverse perspectives, and remain open to new ideas and feedback.
