FlexHR is partnering with a client on a new role!

Sales Operations Coordinator

PDM | Atlanta, GA | In-Office | Full-Time | Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus

About the Role

PDM is a rapidly growing manufacturer in the electrical power industry, building the infrastructure and systems required to scale our commercial organization. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as a central execution partner to the Vice President of Sales and commercial leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative role. This position is a critical operating node within the sales organization, ensuring opportunities move forward, reporting stays accurate, contracts remain aligned, and the sales team operates with discipline as we scale. You will work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure across Sales, Legal, Operations, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations and CRM

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility across active opportunities

  • Support data entry, reporting, and opportunity tracking for the VP of Sales

  • Collect and consolidate weekly and monthly sales reporting

  • Ensure forecasting and reporting remain clean and actionable

  • Keep sellers aligned with reporting expectations and deadlines

Contract and Commercial Coordination

  • Perform first-pass review of customer contracts, bid forms, and terms and conditions

  • Confirm alignment with company-approved commercial standards and flag risk items or deviations for Legal and leadership review

  • Coordinate document flow between Sales, Legal, and Operations

  • Maintain organized agreement and documentation systems

Execution and Team Enablement

  • Remove administrative friction from revenue-generating teams

  • Coordinate travel plans and logistics for customer meetings and industry events

  • Support proposal assembly and submission processes

  • Track follow-ups and ensure internal action items are completed on time

  • Help build repeatable, scalable processes as the company grows

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related commercial operations role

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable reviewing commercial documents, contracts, and bid forms

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through on commitments

  • Thrives in fast-moving environments and brings structure to ambiguity

  • Takes ownership and acts without waiting for direction

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow. Strong performers have a clear path into roles including Senior Account Manager, Sales Operations Manager or Director, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Commercial Program Manager.
