This is an opportunity to shape a rapidly-scaling marketplace business that is leading the market across segments (consumer, mid-market, and enterprise). You'll be a driving force behind ensuring our multi-segment Sales team can push the pace, looking each day to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure management visibility into key metrics and trends. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role is critical to helping us ensure alignment across our Sales segments, Finance, Marketing, and Partner and Service Operations.

  • Collaborate with sales unit leaders and executive leadership to define, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Design, implement, and document standardized processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
  • Analyze and assist in setting annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and compensation plan design. Provide regular forecasting support, working closely with sales leadership and finance to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer churn/retention.
  • Serve as a second administrator for the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including configuration, customization, data integrity, and security.
  • Contribute to the revenue stack tech roadmap, ensuring that we can stay nimble as we continue to scale.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reporting across Sales and other revenue-related functions to provide actionable insights into revenue performance.

What You'll Bring
  • A bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Enviable analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel/GSheets skills and advanced/intermediate experience with SQL. Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
  • Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator (Salesforce required; certification is a plus), and demonstrated experience managing an integrated tech stack, including sales engagement (we use Outreach), marketing and process automation, AI, and other analytics products.
  • Superb communication and personal organization, with a knack for helping translate concepts and breaking down broad needs into actionable projects. You're able to recommend solutions and then bring them to life.
  • Proven ability to propose solutions that balance speed and durability/scalability, and eagerness to steer projects to completion.
