Job Description
This role is hybrid 3 days a week on-site at UL's Chicago or Northbrook, IL Office.
This is an entry level position to join the Revenue Operations team as an Analyst. The Revenue Operations Analyst - Sales Programs supports the sales team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing reporting support. This role will help identify and implement process improvements. The Analyst will support sellers in sales forecasting, pipeline management and planning. They will also facilitate collaboration and communication across key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze sales data and work with team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Help maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Provide insights into sales performance and forecasting.
  • Process Improvement
  • Works with the team to identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Helps streamline workflows and automate tasks.
  • Assists in the management of CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Sales Forecasting, Pipeline Management and Planning
  • Helps to support sales forecasting and planning activities.
  • Collaborates with sellers to identify improvements to refine sales strategies.
  • Assists with territory planning and quota setting.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Assists in work with sales teams and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance).
  • Works with the team to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Supports the team's role as a liaison between sales and other departments.
  • Stays abreast of industry best practices and tools and inserts knowledge in short-, medium- and long-term opportunities
  • Maintains knowledge of sales results and operations updates
  • Executes personal annual goals

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., PBI, SQL, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Any experience of analytics methodologies and principles is a plus
  • A process improvement background is a plus

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 USD to $ 80,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
