As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will support the team that builds and maintains the systems powering EnergyHub's go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role is an opportunity to learn how revenue flows through a high-growth B2B SaaS company and how data, systems, and process design help teams work faster and smarter. You'll gain hands-on experience with real business problems while contributing meaningful work that supports our revenue teams and clients.This is an ideal role for someone curious about business operations, data, systems, and how commercial teams work together.
What You'll Work On:
Revenue Operations & GTM Support

  • Revenue Lifecycle Exposure: Learn how leads move through the funnel-from first contact to closed deal and renewal-and help document or analyze parts of that journey.
  • Process Improvement Support: Assist with identifying inefficiencies or friction in sales and client success workflows and help propose or test improvements.
  • Deal & Pricing Support: Help prepare deal documentation, track approvals, and support the Revenue Operations team with deal desk coordination.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist with building and maintaining dashboards and reports that help Sales and Client Success teams understand pipeline activity and performance.

Systems & Data Support

  • CRM & Tools Support: Help maintain and update data in tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Quality Checks: Assist with data validation, cleanup projects, and documentation to improve data integrity across GTM systems.
  • Automation Assistance: Support small automation or workflow projects by documenting requirements, testing changes, or validating outputs.
  • Cross-Team Handoffs: Help ensure sales and client success data is organized and ready for Finance and Accounting handoffs.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance partners to understand how each team contributes to revenue.
  • Project-Based Learning: Take ownership of well-scoped projects with clear goals, timelines, and mentorship.
  • Operational Documentation: Help create or update process documentation, playbooks, and internal guides.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, analytics, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in Operations & Data: Curious about how systems, data, and processes support sales and revenue growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and learning new tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Cares about data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Communication: Clear, professional communicator who is comfortable asking questions and collaborating across teams.
  • Learning Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Curiosity (Bonus): Interest in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), automation, or analytics tools is a plus but not required.
