What You'll Do
  • Help build Delphi "minds" end-to-end: help create, structure, test, and iterate on profiles so they feel sharp, useful, and on-brand.
  • Run tight build loops: take messy inputs (source material, calls, docs), turn them into an initial version, test it like a real user, then improve it quickly.
  • QA and improve conversation quality:
  • Support audio/content quality for mind building:
    • Flag muddy/tinny audio, room noise, echo, and other issues that degrade output
    • Help ensure inputs are clean enough to produce high-quality minds
  • Move fast across whatever is highest leverage that week (product testing, ops execution, creator/project support).
