Summer Internship Program: Marketing Coordinator Intern
Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator Intern will support the marketing team across collateral management, content creation, project coordination, and event planning. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations and cross-functional collaboration, ideal for a student pursuing marketing, communications, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Collateral & Marketing Materials
  • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of marketing collateral, including AMP brochures, line cards, flyers, A-frames, and other promotional materials
  • Track collateral stock levels and reorder as needed to ensure availability for events and customer-facing activities

Content Creation
  • Support content development in partnership with the Creative and Community Specialist

Project & Task Management
  • Manage and organize team tasks using monday.com
  • Upload, track, and update projects to keep workflows running smoothly and deadlines visible

Event Planning & Support
  • Assist in planning and executing events such as customer appreciation events
  • Provide logistical and on-site support before, during, and after events

Learning Outcomes By the end of the program, the intern will have gained practical experience in marketing coordination, project management tools, content development, and event execution, building a strong foundation for a career in marketing.
