Job Overview

Asia Live is seeking an organized, high-energy Event Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help plan, promote, and execute diverse corporate events and campaigns. You will manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate vendor communications, and ensure seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and values brand consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Event Planning & Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external event vendors.
  • Manage shipping and tracking of all event materials and displays.
  • Order, track, and maintain inventory of branded promotional merchandise.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in creating and scheduling event email campaigns.
  • Publish event updates across digital and social media channels.
  • Track registration data, manage RSVP lists, and update database systems.
  • Design basic event collateral using established brand templates.

On-Site & Post-Event Operations

  • Travel to events to assist with setup, registration, and breakdown.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to engage and assist attendees.
  • Gather on-site feedback and distribute post-event attendee surveys.
  • Compile event performance data to draft comprehensive wrap-up reports.
