Job description

The Manager, Revenue Operations, is responsible for leading the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function. This individual will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company goals, optimizes the customer journey, and drives revenue growth. They will oversee key performance metrics, GTM systems, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and finance. The Manager, RevOps will also mentor the RevOps team, fostering a culture grounded in Elixir's core values, and supporting strategic initiatives such as sales compensation planning, forecast management, and continuous process improvement.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and achieving revenue targets.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Create and execute a quarterly RevOps roadmap, addressing quantitative and qualitative challenges while communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the RevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving GTM objectives.
  • Uphold high data quality standards across the organization, ensuring data relevance, accuracy, and reliability to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of core GTM systems such as Salesforce, DealHub, and HubSpot, ensuring each team has the necessary tools for success.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, facilitating collaboration and achieving shared objectives across teams.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate and optimize sales processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue cycle.
  • Participate in the annual sales quota, compensation, and sales organizational planning process.
  • Develop standards for sales excellence including the agreed to guiding metrics, operational design, and process.
  • Put in place systems of governance that leverage our technology stack to enforce best practices and stand for excellence across the revenue teams, including but not limited to Services, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a B2B environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience working within CRM such as Salesforce, DealHub, and HubSpot (preferred)

Travel
Requires travel to the HQ/Ojai office at least quarterly, with additional business travel as needed.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic proximity to our preferred hiring market. Candidates who are local or within our target regional area may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus of up to 10% of base pay, tied to net new cloud logo acquisition and the achievement of OKRs.
