Pay: $19โ€“$21 per hour + monthly performance bonus $100-$500 a month


Hours: 32โ€“38 hours per week

THE ROLE


As Operations Supervisor, you are the engine that keeps Active Bodywork running at its best. You will coach and lead the front desk team, drive Recovery Pass membership sales, ensure every client has an exceptional experience, and keep daily operations tight across locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Client Experience & Front Desk Leadership

- Set the tone for every client interaction โ€” be the energy the team follows

- Train and coach front desk staff on communication, membership sales, and service standards

- Ensure every client is greeted warmly, checked in efficiently, and rebooked before they leave

- Handle client concerns promptly and professionally


Membership Growth & Retention

- Drive Recovery Pass membership sign-ups โ€” your monthly bonus is directly tied to results

- Lead by example on membership conversations and coach the team to do the same

- Track membership metrics daily and identify opportunities to improve conversion

- Support outreach campaigns and follow up with lapsed members


Daily Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations โ€” opening procedures, during-day standards, and closing

- Assist with scheduling, SOAP note compliance, and time-off coordination

- Keep the location stocked, clean, and running to ABW standards at all times

- Assist with cash handling, daily close-out, and reporting


Team Leadership & Culture

- Build a culture of accountability, energy, and pride in the work

- Assist with staff performance check-ins and 1-on-1s

- Recognize team wins and celebrate people who go above and beyond

- Be a reliable, consistent presence the team counts on



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


Must Have:

- 1โ€“2+ years in a customer-facing leadership or supervisory role

- Proven ability to hold yourself and others accountable

- Strong communication skills โ€” written, verbal, and in person

- Highly organized and detail-oriented โ€” nothing falls through the cracks

- Self-motivated โ€” you don't wait to be told what needs doing

- Positive, high-energy presence that lifts the people around you


Bonus Points:

- Experience in wellness, fitness, or healthcare

- Familiarity with Mindbody or similar scheduling software

- Experience with membership or subscription sales

- Background in hospitality or service-driven environments

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE


- Pay: $19โ€“$21 per hour depending on experience

- Monthly Bonus: Performance bonus tied to Recovery Pass membership sales $100-$500

- Hours: 32โ€“38 hours per week

- Schedule: Varied shifts including some weekends

- Locations: Primary location assigned with occasional cross-location support

- Growth: Direct path to Operations Manager for high performers
