Job description

Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to support the quote-to-order process and help maintain accurate commercial data for our client located in South Jersey. This role combines order administration, pricing coordination, contract review, and reporting support, making it well-suited for someone who can manage complex transactions with precision. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Salesforce, along with the ability to work across teams to ensure timely customer communication and efficient operational handoffs.


Responsibilities:

  • Process complex customer orders from entry through confirmation while ensuring complete and accurate documentation for downstream execution.
  • Review revenue-related customer agreements at an initial level to identify issues, missing details, or items requiring further internal evaluation.
  • Create, refine, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that help leaders track operational performance and support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor incoming requests, open quotations, and pending orders to keep response times high and customer service levels consistent, including urgent situations.
  • Verify pricing, shipment terms, payment arrangements, and contract conditions during quotation preparation and again before final order entry.
  • Issue clear and accurate order acknowledgements to customers and serve as a reliable point of communication throughout the transaction process.


The ideal Revenue Operations Specialist candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.


Other requirements for the Revenue Operations Specialist position include and are not limited to:

  • 5+ years related experience with managing quotes and order entry.
  • Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience
  • Experience with Quickbooks; Desktop and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.ย
