Revenue Operations Specialist Job DescriptionCobb Technologies is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own alignment between marketing strategy, sales execution, and internal systems. This role is responsible for ensuring our data, systems, and insights support scalable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and maintaining systems while also helping architect where we're going next.Key Responsibilities: Marketing Technology and Sales Systems Ownership: Own and administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub CMS) and it's integration with Salesforce. Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, event platforms, etc.) Maintain and oversee lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure and automated workflowsEvaluate and implement new tools or enhancements that support long-term growthCross-Functional CollaborationServe as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and LeadershipDrive alignment across the full revenue funnel- from lead generation through closed businessPartner with sales & marketing leadership on pipeline visibility, stage definitions, and conversion optimizationDocument workflows, processes, and best practices to enable consistency and support scalable growthReporting & Analytics: Build and maintain end-to-end reporting across the revenue funnelUse data to identify high-value target audiences, segments, and industries for marketing and sales effortsDeliver insights on marketing pipeline healthSupport forecasting efforts with accurate, structured dataContinuously improve attribution modelsExperience & Skills: 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, reporting) Experience working with and integrating Salesforce (preferred) or other CRMTechnical comfort (APIs, data structures, automation logic)Preferred Qualifications: Strong Understanding of: B2B funnel dynamicsAttribution models and performance trackingLead Lifecycle design and optimizationSales-marketing alignment strategiesFamiliarity with intent data platforms (ZoomInfo) Experience supporting events, webinars, or field marketing programsExperience documenting processes and building internal enablement resourcesOur CultureWe take pride in being a high-trust, team-focused organization where people are supported, heard, and able to grow.
