Job description

Role Overview This role is part of the Securities Operations team, responsible for processing, reconciling, resolving, and administering cash, security, or derivative transactions. The position requires operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform operational tasks for complex securities transactions using extensive system knowledge.
  • Provide ideas for process improvements and implementation.
  • Handle moderately complex duties such as transaction processing, inquiry research, and reconciliations.
  • Review and process time-sensitive documents.
  • Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff.
  • Address compliance and corporate governance issues within the department.
  • Lead or participate in projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications (US)

  • 4+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Job Expectations

  • Must be trained and able to support Investment Policy Statement (IPS) processing.
